General Terms & Conditions
01. Eligibility to Book
All travelers must hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date
of travel and must comply with all immigration and travel regulations. Valid visa and
eligibility to enter South Korea is mandatory.
02. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
Land packages include hotel accommodation, transfers, and sightseeing as mentioned in the
itinerary. Flights, visas, insurance, meals not specified, personal expenses, tips, and optional
activities are excluded unless stated.
03. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking amount. Prices are
indicative and subject to availability. Final confirmation voucher forms a binding contract.
04. Payment Policy
At booking: Minimum booking amount as advised.
31–45 days before travel: 75% of total cost.
Within 30 days of travel: 100% payment required.
05. Price Variation
Prices may change due to exchange rates, supplier costs, taxes, or availability.
06. Cancellation & Refund
Refunds subject to supplier policies.
07. Amendments
All amendments must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional
charges.
08. Sightseeing & Transfers
Sightseeing order may change due to operational or weather conditions.
09. Visa & Documents
Visa approval is at the discretion of authorities. No refund for visa rejection or immigration
denial.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Company acts only as a facilitator.
11. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Company is not responsible for loss, injury, delays, or service failures by third parties.
13. Conduct
The company may terminate services without refund for misconduct.
14. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
