Job Title: Travel Desk Manager
Reports to: Admin Head
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Desk Manager to oversee both Domestic and international travel bookings for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company travel policies, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies, budgets, and procedures.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) to negotiate rates and resolve issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to travel-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and itineraries.
- Analyze travel data to identify trends, optimize travel arrangements, and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with MD and CEO to ensure seamless travel management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in travel management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of international travel procedures, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Travel industry certifications (e.g., TMC, GBTA) or relevant training.
- Experience with online booking tools and travel management platforms.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
