General Terms & Conditions

01. Eligibility to Book
All travelers must hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel and must comply with all immigration and travel regulations. Valid visa and eligibility to enter South Korea is mandatory.
Land packages include hotel accommodation, transfers, and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary. Flights, visas, insurance, meals not specified, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities are excluded unless stated.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking amount. Prices are indicative and subject to availability. Final confirmation voucher forms a binding contract.

At booking: Minimum booking amount as advised.
31–45 days before travel: 75% of total cost.
Within 30 days of travel: 100% payment required.

Prices may change due to exchange rates, supplier costs, taxes, or availability.
Refunds subject to supplier policies.
All amendments must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Sightseeing order may change due to operational or weather conditions.
Visa approval is at the discretion of authorities. No refund for visa rejection or immigration denial.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Company acts only as a facilitator.
Company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond control.
Company is not responsible for loss, injury, delays, or service failures by third parties.
The company may terminate services without refund for misconduct.
All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
